What is the 6-digit arrival code?

It's a short code shared between you and your Pet Professional for each visit. They enter it on arrival to record when the visit started.

When am I charged for a booking?

Your payment method is authorised when you send a request. PawTrack captures payment only once a Pet Professional accepts, and the PawTrack Service Fee is always shown before you confirm.

How are Pet Professionals verified?

PawTrack reviews each Pet Professional's identity and required documents before they appear in search with verified status.

What happens if I need to cancel?

Cancellation windows are explained upfront. Refunds are calculated by policy against that window - not by a discretionary decision.
