If the Pet Parent cancels, the PawTrack Service Fee is non-refundable. If the Pet Professional cancels, the appointment price and Service Fee are refunded.

How fees and payouts work

Is there a fee to join?

No. Creating an account is free for both Pet Parents and Pet Professionals. The Service Fee applies only when a booking is paid.

Pet Professionals pay £4.99 per month, and that subscription doesn't start until they receive their first confirmed booking.

How does the Service Fee work for Pet Professionals?

The Pet Parent pays the Service Fee on top of the appointment price. It is not deducted from the Pet Professional's earnings.

When are payouts sent?

Pet Professionals request payouts when it suits them and can track each one's status - approved, on hold, or paid - in the dashboard.
